Role Overview

GEM Solutions is seeking a senior-level D365 Finance Consultant with deep localization expertise in Hungary and/or Serbia. This consultant will take ownership of adapting our client's Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system to local financial regulations, tax requirements, and compliance structures, ensuring a seamless regional rollout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional design, setup, and configuration of D365 F&O finance modules tailored to Hungarian and Serbian localizations.
  • Ensure full alignment with regional tax codes, statutory reporting, and VAT compliance regulations.
  • Provide expert advisory services on local financial processes and translate legal mandates into technical requirements.
  • Support user training, localization testing (UAT), and post-go-live stabilization.

Candidate Requirements

  • Core Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated consulting experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Localization Expertise: Demonstrated success in configuring and deploying D365 F&O localizations specifically for Hungary or Serbia.
  • Tax Regulations: Strong, practical understanding of local statutory requirements, tax structures, and compliance standards in those regions.
  • Communication: Outstanding client-facing skills with the ability to bridge the gap between financial regulations and IT configurations.

Role Overview

We are partnering with a large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O End User currently executing a major European expansion. With 9 regional subsidiaries undergoing implementation, the client is seeking an elite D365 Finance & E-Invoicing Specialist to streamline localization efforts, resolve compliance roadblocks, and drive standardized rollouts across European jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the localization and Electronic Reporting (ER) configuration across multiple European jurisdictions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and streamline complex implementation bottlenecks across 9 subsidiaries.
  • Deploy robust E-Invoicing frameworks to ensure seamless compliance with local tax authorities.
  • Collaborate closely with regional finance leads and global IT teams to ensure process alignment.

Candidate Requirements

  • E-Invoicing Expertise: Proven track record of successfully implementing E-Invoicing or Electronic Reporting (ER) in a minimum of 3 European countries.
  • Localization Focus: Hands-on experience with European localization configurations; specific experience in Germany or Denmark is highly preferred.
  • Availability: Fully available 5 days per week to support the project timeline.
  • Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel to European sites when required.
